04 Quote requests and enquiries

Submitting a quote request or contact form through our websiteis an expression of interest — not a booking, not a commitment, and not anacceptance of work by BuildNRGY.

We will review every request and follow up with you. We reserve the right to decline any project enquiry for any reason.

All pricing, availability, scope, and project terms are subject to a site visit, current material pricing, trade availability, permitting requirements, and site conditions. Nothing is confirmed until you receive awritten quote and sign a Project Agreement.

05 Permits, approvals, and site conditions

Where a building permit is required for your project, the permit must be applied for and approved before certain work can begin. Permit issuanceis determined by your municipality — BuildNRGY cannot guarantee approvaltimelines or outcomes.

Project feasibility may also depend on zoning, engineering requirements, strata or condo board approvals, utility connections, product availability, and site conditions that are not visible until a physical assessment is completed. We do not guarantee outcomes that depend on thirdparties.
